- Performance work statement for the HD crusher and degausser. MICC Fort Leavenworth has a requirement for maintenance for a Hard Drive Crusher and a Degausser. Maintenance period of performance will be for a 12-month base year plus two 12-month option years. Period of Performance will begin on date of award. Please review the performance work statements attached to this RFQ. Questions are to be directed to the Contract Specialist, Kim Logan NLT Thursday, 28 Jan 2016 at 1:00PM CT. Vendors shall include their Cage Code or DUNS number on the quote and confirm quote is good for at least 30 days.
