- This solicitation SPE4A6-16-X-0452P.R. 1000044230 for NSN 3110-01-472-4266 (T-38, AIRCRAFT: BEARING, BALL, AIRFRAME); A technical data package is available; requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via the Internet. The Internet address is http://ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. The solicitation issue date is January 25, 2016. This solicitation will result in an IDPO with a three year base period and one two year option period with a minimum quantity of 50 each and an estimated annual quantity of 199 each. The required delivery schedule is 210 days ARO, FOB destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
