- Description
- Draft PWS Safety Staff Augmentation. This is a sources sought for a tentative requirement for JMC Safety Staff Augmentation as defined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). As part of its market research, the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is issuing this Request For Information (RFI) to determine if there is qualified interested 8(a) contractors capable of performing the duties as described in the Draft PWS. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. The Draft PWS describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of services and may vary from the work in a final PWS or any Request for Quotations (RFQ). This RFI is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of ACC's market research. No RFQ exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. There is no commitment by the Government to issue an RFQ or make an award. The Government does not intend to award a BPA based only on responses to this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. ACC-RI will not pay for information received in response to this RFI. Provide the following as part of your responses, for information concerning the requirements listed in the PWS: (a) staff experience, including their availability, experience, and training; (b) current in-house capability and capacity to perform the work; (c) prior completed projects of similar nature; (d) corporate experience and management capabilities; and (e) examples of prior completed Government contracts, references, and other related information. Interested qualified contractors should submit a tailored capability statement for this requirement, not to exceed 5 single-sided pages (including all attachments, resumes, charts, etc.) presented in single-space and using a 12-point font size minimum, that clearly details the ability to perform the aspects in the Draft PWS. Do not submit pricing information in response to this RFI.
