- Part number 200A0325; Site Mount Weldment NAICS: 332710 332313 Solicitation number: W56HZV-16-Q-0011 This procurement is for quantity 173 This part is steel, welded together, and has CARC finish requirement. NADCAP certified CARC contractor is required to be used for CARC finish. Procurement is a small business set-aside for 8(a) firms. The technical data package is Export Controlled. JCP Certification is required to access the technical data package. JCP Certification takes 6 - 10 weeks. To obtain certification, go to http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/. Documentation required to be submitted with the bid. The offeror will be deemed "non-responsive" and the bid will not be evaluated. 1. Completed solicitation 2. The offeror is required to submit welding certifications for its welders. 3. The offeror is required to submit NADCAP certification for the contractor that will be performing the CARC finish.
