Solicitation: N68335-16-R-0019 Title: VMP300 Potentiostat System and U-SKP470 Scanning Kelvin Probe NAICS Code: 334516 FSC Code: 6625 Response Date: 15 days Primary Point of Contact Donna Kracinovich Donna.kracinovich@navy.mil Phone: 732-323-1177 Fax: 732-323-2359 Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure on a sole source basis a VMP300 Potentiostat System and IU-SKP470 Scanning Kelvin Probe that will be utilized in the NAWCAD Corrosion and Wear Lab in support of the Capital Investment Program (CIP). The anticipated award will be made to Bio-Logic USA, LLC (Cage Code: 515D8). This acquisition is being pursued under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not own current data, technology, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. Unless stated herein, no additional information is available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 15 days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
