The VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System has a requirement for Janitorial Service for VASNHS Pahrump Community Outpatient Clinic located at 2100 Calvada Boulevard, Pahrump, Nevada, 89048. The areas of janitorial services are as follows: Clinical:4,474 Sq. Ft. Carpet:200*Sq. Ft. (approximate) Ceramic Tile:0Sq. Ft.(approximate) Vinyl Composite Tile:3,974*Sq. Ft. (approximate) Seamless Vinyl:300Sq. Ft. (approximate) Concrete:0Sq. Ft. The Contract will be for one year. Solicitation will be available O/A 02/05/2016 with proposal due on 02/12/2016 by 2:30 P.M Pacifica Standard Time. The VA Network Contracting Office 22, shall issue the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunity System (FEDBIZOPS).
