Description

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES for the Pharmacy Clean Room and Hood Monitoring and Certification in support of the Wilkes-Barre Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The scope of work shall generally consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, trouble shoot and reports required to test, calibrate and certify. Services will include Semiannual Testing Requirements, Pharmacy and Annual Testing of Six Laboratory Fume Hoods. Requests for additional information and questions regarding this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation are due NLT Friday, January 29, 2019. The Government reserves the right not to address additional queries following that date. Quotes, including a one to three page capability statement and a list of four references to validate past performance against the SOW are due no later than Thursday, 04 January 2016, 12:00 pm ET.
