Description

Please note this is a PRE-SOLICITATION notice STATEMENT OF WORK PRV Maintenance Services to Barrier Gates at SIAD 1.0 PART I - GENERAL: 1.1 GENERAL: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to implement Scope of Work Items listed below at SIERRA ARMY DEPOT (SIAD), Herlong, CA. 96113 1.2 Minimum Requirements: All work shall be done within the manufacture's specifications and in accordance with all Federal, State and local regulations. Contractor will serve as an on-call service provider for maintenance and repairs needed for Five (5) separate security gates. Work shall be done is a professional workman like manner and to industrial standards. It is highly suggested a PRE-BID SITE VISIT take place to afford the opportunity to get familiarized with all the deferent aspects of this project. 1.2.1 Location: SIAD 1.2.2 Refer to any attached plan for details and locations of work to be performed. 1.3 Scope of Work Items: Provide on-call maintenance and repairs to barrier gates at SIAD. 1.3.1 Furnish, labor, equipment and materials to provide on-call maintenance and repairs to five (5) separate barrier gates. The existing gates are Electronic Drop Arm Vehicle Barrier Swing Gates Manufactured by BARRIER 1 Systems, INC.
