Description
Jan28, 2016 Q & A Clarification Questions: 1: Do we need to provide qualified prospective resumes for both resources (Human Resource Specialist and Human Resource Project Manager)? Yes, you will need to submit resumes for both position requirement. 2: (The Contractor shall provide One (1) Human Resource Specialist (HRS) on-site for Two (2) weeks) Shall we assume place performance is the on-site? Please clarify. The Human Resource Specialist shall be on-site for two weeks to work along with the agency. The majority of the work will be conducted at the vendor's candidate location. The vendor candidate can work at their premise or home. 3: Do we need to provide 360 Hours price quote for two resources? Please clarify. No, the Human Resource Specialist will only work for the 10 working days for a total of 80 Labor Hours. The Human Resource Project Manager will work the entire 360 Labor Hours. 4: Do we need to give price quote as per Wage Determination rate for the Santa Fe, New Mexico area? If yes, please provide latest copy of Wage Determination rate for the Santa Fe, NM. Yes, you should be able to down load this information from the Department of Labor website. 5. In regards to the above solicitation is there any possibility of either the HR Specialist or the Project Manager developing into a permanent position? Or could being awarded these positions open the door for other opportunities with BLM in the Santa Fe area? Currently, I do not know that this requirement will lead to a permanent hiring. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) have a requirement for One (1) Human Resource Project Manager and One (1) Human Resource Specialist to assist our BLM New Mexico State Office with some Human Resources pertaining to Job Analysis. Please review the SOW for more details. Please send your proposal to: mbyrd@blm.gov on or before the deadline. Thanks!! Michael
