U.S. GOVERNMENT Project No. 5NV0125 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Nevada City: RENO Delineated Area: The NORTH, EAST, AND WEST boundaries are McCarren Boulevard. On the south side, the area dips below McCarren as follows: Traveling east on McCarren, then south on Lakeside Drive (671) to Holcomb Ranch Lane (671) and travel eastward to S. Virginia Street. Travel southeast to Meadows Parkway, then east to Double R Boulevard. North and east along Double R Boulevard (the west branch), to Longley Lane and north to McCarren Boulevard. [See attachment for area south of McCarren] Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,200 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,790 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Parking Spaces (Surface): Meet local code. Office has 53 employees and 250 daily visitors on average. Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 for Government Vehicles Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: none Additional Requirements: Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility [Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS)], seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
