This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is VA247-16-Q-0484 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. (iii) The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-85, January 4, 2016. (iv) This solicitation is issued as a total SMALL BUSINESS (SB) set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112 Surgical & Medical Instrument Manufacturing and standard size standard is 500 employees. This procurement is for NEW EQUIPMENT ONLY; no remanufactured or "gray market" items. All Equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
