Description

Revised Specifications This modification is being issued to clarify that there has been a change to the specification in terms of the allotted pounds that may be deliered per unit of issue. Offerors may provide the material in a 35-55LB bag or pail. Be advised that regardless of the container used, this material will be stored outside. The packaging on the material you are offering MUST be able to be stored outside for extended periods of time (exposed to cold, sunlight, rain, and snow) and remain undamaged and not harden. Your offer MUST clearly indicate how your packaging can withstand being stored outside. Please see the revised specifications that have been attached for more detail.
