- This is a sources sought requesting information in support of the following potential requirement. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. All portions of this sources sought are merely for market research purposes and subject to change at any time. Response to this sources sought is voluntary and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought. Data submitted in response to this sources sought will not be returned. POTENTIAL REQUIREMENT: NOUN: Variable Speed Fan Drive (VSFD) Repair NSN: 2930-01-643-3929 Part Number: 12474781-2 Army Contracting Command - Warren is conducting market research to determine industry's capability to provide the VSFD Repair, NSN: 2930-01-643-3929. There is no TDP available for purposes of this sources sought. Interested vendors should provide all the following information: 1. Company Name, mailing address, CAGE Code, website, point of contact, phone number, and email address. 2. Business size under NAICS Code 333612 3. What experience does your company have successfully repairing the VSFD or similar non-commercial items manufactured to a Government TDP? 4. If your company has provided or repaired the VSFD or similar non-commercial VSFDs, to the United States Government, please provide the name of the requiring activity and the contract number(s). 5. What is your company's maximum monthly production capability and the production lead time required to begin deliveries of the repaired VSFD at that rate. RESPONSES DUE: Responses are due by 05 February 2016 RESPONSE FORMATS: Responses must be submitted electronically by email and be in one of the following three formats: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or Microsoft PowerPoint. PDF versions of these types of documents are also acceptable. Your email response must include in its subject the phrase VSFD Repair Sources sought and your company's name. Due to email system limitations, your response must not exceed a total file size of three and one half (3.5) megabytes. If your response is larger, you may use multiple email messages.
