- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Snow Removal and Sanding, Charlton and Oxford, MA THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all materials, labor and equipment needed to perform snow removal and sanding activities at Buffumville Lake and Hodges Village Dam project areas. This solicitation will be available on or about 12 February 2016. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILALABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS RELEASED. The solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and "register now" under Vendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
