- SYNOPSIS FOR ADVANCED MEDICAL TRAINING 2D Reconnaissance Battalion, 2D Marine Division aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement for Advanced Medical Training. The vendor shall provide Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) Health Services approved training curriculum for Basic Combat Trauma Training (BCTT) through Advanced Combat Trauma Training (ACTT) to sixty (60) Marines and Navy personnel via a Mobile Training Team (MTT). The class room portion will be taught aboard Camp Lejeune, NC. The practical application portion will be conducted within a contractor-owned, private United States Department of Agriculture Approved Training (USDAAT) facility. Vendor shall provide all training resources (i.e., personnel, materials, facilities, training areas, supplies and equipment necessary to execute the training requirements. Unit specific requirements will be provided by the unit (i.e, combat load-out gear, weapons, and uniforms if needed). It is the Government's intention to issue a firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR part 13. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611699, All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction. The Small Business Size Standard is $11 million. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR part12 and 13. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The solicitation No. M67001-16-T-1068 will be posted on or about 2 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website.
