Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD NAICS code 813910 The West Palm Beach, VA Medical Center intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to CHAMBER OF COMMERCE PALM BEACHES for the Public Affairs Office. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received by NLT 31 January 2016 of publication of this notice, shall be considered by 31 January 2016. All inquiries shall be submitted by email, otherwise will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete as a result of information received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Part 13. The anticipated award date is 1 February 2016.
