This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed-price quotes are requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation number L16PS00176. This document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-85.
