Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items for The Long Beach Healthcare system requires the following items to provide the necessary, tools, personnel, and equipment to provide Kidney Dialysis Services to be performed at the LONG BEACH VETERAN HEALTHCARE SYSTEM prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is VA261-16-Q-0368 and is issued as an (RFQ) Request For Quotation, unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-69. Responses to this synopsis/ solicitation will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621492 KIDNEY DIALYSIS CENTERS with a small business size standard of 38.5 million. This requirement is solicited as TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET- ASIDE and only qualified vendors are eligible for award.
