- The United States Government, General Services Administration (GSA) currently occupies office and related space in a buiding under lease in South Portland, Maine. Requirement is for 10,852 RSF through September 2017. RSF Requirement: 10,852 Type: Office and Storage/support space Term: through September 2017 Offered space must meet requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards. A fully-serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in a 100-year flood plain. The Goverment will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as the costs likely to be incurred through relocating such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, and data/telecommunications infrastructure, security, and non-productive agency down-time. Expressions of interest must be in writing and be submitted to the address/fax/email by 5:00 eastern time on February 18, 2016 and must include the following: Solicitation number: 6ME0039 Building name and address and location of the available space within the building (2nd floor of a 5-story building, etc.) Scaled floor plan with offered area identified. Rentable Square Feet (RSF) available, and expected rental rate per RSF fully-serviced(all utilities, janitorial, etc.) RSF rate and whether that rates iincludes a Tenant Improvement allowance - if so, state that amount. Building ownership details Whether the building is Energy Star Compliant/Certified Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
