Compatible or remanufactured items will not be considered for award. (See the Limited Source Justification attached to this solicitation) -Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable. Offeror's past performance will be reviewed as an element of a responsibility determination. Offerors must be determined to be responsible and capable prior to award. DELIVERY : FOB origin delivery is required to Al Jaber Air Base, Kwuwait, Armed Forces Pacific 96610-0181 within ten (10) days after receipt of order.
