- Appendix A Bid Schedule Specification for the supply & delivery of ceiling mounted exhaust fans. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-16-Q-1001 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-85 dated 4 Jan 2016.This requirement is being solicited as small business set-aside competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333413, Industrial and Commercial Fan and Blower and Air Purification Equipment Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror. Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award and provide the quote on company letterhead. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation. Please indicate whether or not you accept payment by credit card.
