- Draft SOW This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the capability and availability of commercial sources with the ability to provide Medical Gasses, solids, and Cylinder Maintenance/Services. The US Naval Hospital Guam, Contracting Branch is conducting market research for the above requirements. The contractor shall provide documentation showing capability to provide such supplies and services in accordance with the attached "DRAFT" Statement of Work. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). Responses to this notice should include: 1) A written narrative of contractor's capability to provide the requirement and/or marketing materials that identify the features of their particular enterprise; 2) Company size in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) 325120, size standard 1000 employees; 3) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code; 4) The socioeconomic status of the company, i.e., small business concern, 8(a) business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, woman-owned small business, veteran owned small business, or Service disabled veteran owned small business; 5) Comments regarding attached SOW. Responses to this notice should be e-mailed to Brian Mafnas at Brianwilliam.c.mafnas.civ@mail.mil Responses due 15 February 2016, 5:00PM EST. All prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of all other information pertaining to the synopsis and solicitation and must be registered on https://www.sam.gov to be considered for award.
