- SF-1449 Request for Quotation The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Florence, CO is seeking quotations for a perimeter fencing security detection system. Attached to this solicitation is a SF-1449 Request for Quotation form. Part Numbers and line item descriptions have been included into the solicitation. Please submit your quote for each individual line item total, and an overall grand total. This acquisition has been set-aside 100% for small business. All offerors must be certified as a small Business in the System for Award Management, SAM.gov. All offerors must be registered in SAM.gov prior to award. **The acquisition is for Exact Match Only.** Substitutions will not be accepted. Please note the extended description on Line Item (14). The successful offeror must provide (2) eight hour work days on site which includes Technician service rate, (2) travel days, Per Diem, and airfare. These costs must be included into all quotes. The (2) works days shall include: On-Site Programming and system configuration (1) eight hour work day. On-site system training to coincide with visit (1) eight hour work day. System training to FBOP staff and provide a certificate of training for all attendees. **The certificate must include the date of training, attendee name, number of training hours, name and title and signature of trainer, and company name and logo (Letterhead)**
