The selection process will be to evaluate offers received from 8(a) firms located within Utah or 8(a) construction firms outside of Utah that have an approved bona fide office in Utah at the time of bid submittals, and the assigned North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code. All other 8(a) participants are ineligible to submit offers. Please refer to RFP and attachments for additional information. The site visit will be held on 23 February 2016. Doors open at 0800 for check in. Briefing begins at 0830. Buses will leave promptly at 0845. Offerors shall submit the names of all attendees and all required information on Attachment 24, Site Visit Attendees Form to Katie Gill, Contract Negotiator, e-mail: katie.gill@us.af.mil and Marnie Whiteaker, Contracting Officer, e-mail: marnie.whiteaker@us.af.mil no later than 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on Thursday, February 11, 2016 per the RFP. Requests received after the specified time WILL NOT be granted due to Security Force requirements. Although some individuals may have access to Hill AFB, all attendees must submit required information by specified deadline and must meet at the Hill Air Force Base Museum. The Government will provide transportation from Hill AFB Museum to the job site(s) and back to the museum. Electronic devices to include cellular phones, tablets, laptops, laser measuring tools, etc., will be allowed. However, picture taking is strictly prohibited. If an individual is observed taking a photo at the job site(s), the device will be confiscated. The Government does not have any drawings to provide. Approved photos have been provided as an attachment to the RFP (Attachment 25). Please refer to RFP and Attachments 23 and 24 for additional information. We anticipate spending approximately one hour per building to allow all offerors an opportunity to obtain measurements, etc. Please plan accordingly. Requests for additional site visits will not be granted. The list of site visit attendees will be posted to FBO. If you would prefer your information is not posted to FBO, please annotate this on the sign-in sheet. Offerors are requested to submit questions in regards to the site visit and solicitation to the points of contact noted below not later than 04:00 PM, Thursday, March 3, 2016. Questions received after this date will not be responded to.
