- All Prospective Offeror Letter Appraisal Services Pricing Schedule Worksheet AG 8241 6 B001 Performance Work Statement dated 3 Feb 16 AG 8241 6 B001 Solicitation Continuation AG 8241 6 B001 Solicitation This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for the purchase of Appraisal Services for the USDA, Colorado State and is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is solicited under solicitation number AG-8241-6-B001 and is solicited using FAR Parts 12, 13, and 15. The government will award a Firm-Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement. Proposals will be evaluated on the offeror's proposal meeting the requirements listed in the Performance Work Statement and Price. This acquisition will be solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside. Large Business is not considered for a Blanket Purchase Agreement at this time. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 531320-Office of Real Estate Appraisers with a small business size standard of $7.5M. The solicitation will be issued on or about 4 February 2016 on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.fbo.gov. The closing date and time for submission of offers is included in this package. It is imperative interested parties review the site frequently for any updates/amendments. Paper copies will not be available. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for final award of a Blanket Purchase Agreement. Pre-proposal inquiries must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer. Those questions will be answered after the solicitation is released and the questions and answers will be available to all offerors.
