- Request for Quotation N00253-16-T-0054 - DSC Diaphragm Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport is soliciting for twenty-five (25) each Depth Sensing Element (DSE) Diaphragm to be built in accordance with drawing 2432046, Rev. D and salient characteristics. Offerors will need to be Joint Certified Program certified in order to view the drawings posted in FBO as they are Arms Export Control drawings. This requirement is being issued as a synopsis for commercial items in accordance with FAR 13.1. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. Based on the results of the Sources Sought Notice N00253-16-T-0054, published 2015 November 16 in FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) in concurrence with the NUWC Keyport Deputy of Small Business, this procurement is not a small business set-aside. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-16-T-0054 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 326299 and has a size standard of 500 employees. The Government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments if applicable prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
