- Description
- Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL), a National Laboratory and a Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) operated by The Trustees of Princeton University, a US Department of Energy Prime Contractor desires to enter into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with an Audit organization to perform for PPPL's Business Operations during the period ending March 2017, with PPPL unilaterally having the Option to extend the performance period for up to an additional 24 months, domestic and international contract Audit services such as, but not limited to, pre-award audit, Forward Pricing, and incurred cost (interim and closeout) audits. The work flow for each task would begin with the Subcontractor receiving a written description of the audit task to be performed,the work location and proposed performance period. The Subcontractor would be requested to respond within five working day with with a proposed price and performance schedule. When PPPL and the Subcontractor reach agreement on the terms a BOA Job Order would be issued that specified the work to be performed, performance period, the type of Job Order and the Job Order price. PPPL will reimburse the audit Subcontractor's PPPL work related travel costs that conform to PPPL's Subcontractor Travel Policy and Federal Travel Regulations.
