- Guidebook Location Spreadsheet Scalable Graphic This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina, currently has a requirment for Storefront Glass Graphics Using Perforated Window Film. All interested parties must be current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of award. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link frequently for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments, if any. The solicitation will identify how the Regional Contracting Office will address any questions submitted. This solicitation number (M00263-16-R-1004) is issued as a request for proposal (RFP), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part 15 Source Selection (Best Value Continum 15.101) are being utilized. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83 and DFARS Publication 20140428. The Government plans to award a FIRM FIXED PRICE contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government. This is a 100% small business set aside. The applicable NAICS code is 541850 which has a size standard of $15,000,000.00. For more information on size standards visit http://www.sba.gov/size. Offerors are required to complete the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. This must be completed at SAM.gov and the registration in an "Active" status.
