- Synopsis: 68 This is a sources sought notice. The Duluth ANG is seeking qualified vendors with which to contract who can perform or subcontract to perform court reporter duties in Duluth, MN. Qualified vendors will be orally solicited when a date is known. Oral quotes are anticipated, and is anticipated to be a combined synopsis/solicitation is cascading set-aside to Small Business. If no acceptable Small Business quotes are received, set-aside with be automatically withdrawn and all quotes in response to this solicitation will be considered. North American Industrial Classification Standard 238990 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is $1,500,000. The following is needed: CLIN001 Labor (2-4 days, c. 7 hour days) (event is not yet scheduled and is estimated in the May timeframe) CLIN002 Rate for digital transcript CLIN003 Any other Fees Location is Duluth Air National Guard, Duluth MN. The MN ANG will be procuring this as a ‘Best Value' procurement in accordance with the following evaluation factors: Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items is amended to read: ‘Evaluation Factors and Sub Factors: -Price -Past Performance -Technical Capability All factors are of equal weight. All sub factors are of equal weight.' The 52.222-41 Service Contract Labor Standards (May 2014) may be applicable. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL QUOTES. Contractor Registration (SAM) prior to award.
