- The U.S. Army has a requirement for Improved Ground Maintenance to areas located on the U.S. Army Soldier System Center (NSSC), Natick MA. The contractor will supply all labor, materials, and equipment for landscaping services. The Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division, 15 Kansas Street, Natick, MA intends to issue a competitive solicitation for a 5 year contract (Base Year and four - one year options). This will be 100% set a-side for Economically Disadvantage Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). The NAICS code for this procurement is 561730 - Landscaping Services. The Small business size is $7.5 million. This requirement is subject to the Service Contract Act. The solicitation will be made available on https://www.fbo.gov/ on or about 18 February 2016.
