- Description
- The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA Troop Support) intends to support the needs of its customers by entering into one (1) Indefinite Delivery Long Term Contract per group to supply Fresh Bread and Bakery Items to the customers stated below. This solicitation contains the estimated bread and bakery item requirements for customers in Virginia. The solicitation contains two (2) groups: Group I : Ships Customers in Tidewater, Norfolk, and York River (Virginia (Group IA: Bread items / Group IB: Cake items) Group II : Land Base Customers in Tidewater, Norfolk, and York River (Virginia) These delivery points require indefinite quantities of Fresh Bread and Bakery Products for delivery beginning Sunday, August 14, 2016 and ending Saturday, August 10, 2019. Anticipated solicitation issue date is February 4, 2016. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com.
