- Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DJF-16-1200-Q-0030286 Rev 1 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-80. The applicable North American Industry Classification System NAICS) code is 332999 All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing.
