- J&A SOLICITATION SPE4A5-16-R-0244 replaces SPE4A5-16-R-0189 PR 60731552, NSN 2915-01-166-4887, Honeywell International, Inc., Cage 06848with P/N 2671067. Quantity of 14 each. Specifications, plans or draws relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Governmnet. DLA Aviation doe not currently have an approved technical data package for this item., please do nto submit requests. The only approved source for this item is Honeywell International (CAGE 06848, P/N 2671067). Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-oprice contract. The requirement si for 14 each, FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 297 days ARO. PPIRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performanc eand other evaluation factors as described in the solicitatin. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP). Buyer intends to award IAW existing Basic Ordering Agreemnt (BOA). Sole source per FAR 6.302. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS at ht tps://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ RFP on the issue date cited in the solicitation.
