- Amendment 0002 - Questions & Answers, Extention This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-16-TR-0067 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84. This is a small business set-aside requirement under NAICS 423840. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the following items: Item 0001: Ph Paper, Jumbo, Length 50 Quantity of 25 Cases (Number of Test 300). Item 0002: Potassium Iodide Starch Paper, 50' Length Quantity of 25 Cases (10 Boxes per Case). Item 0003: Watesmo Detective Paper, 5 Meter Roll, 10 Rolls per box Quantity of 25 Boxes. Item 0004: Dupont Tychem F Suits; Orange; Size XL Quantity of 12 Cases (25 per Case). Item 0005: Dupont Tychem F Suits; Orange; Size 2XL Quantity of 15 Cases (25 per Case). Item 0006: Coverall with Resp. Fit Hood; Size 3XL Quantity of 30 Cases (6 per Case). Item 0007: Coverall with Resp. Fit Hood, Tychem F; Size 4XL Quantity of 10 Cases (6 per Case). Item 0008: Coverall with Resp. Fit Hood, Tychen F; Size 5XL Quantity of 10 Cases (6 per Case). Item 0009: N-Dex Nitrile Glove, 4 mil; Size XL Quantity of 10 Cases (100 per Box/20 Boxes per Case). Item 0010: Nitrile Green Flock Lined, 15 mil, Outer Gloves; Size XXL Quantity of 10 Cases (12 Dozen per Case). Item 0011: Alcohol-free Respirator Cleaning Wipes, Individual Package; 100 per Box/5 Boxes Per Case Quantity of 20 Cases. Item 0012: Kappler Chem-tape Quantity of 5 Cases (24 Rolls per Case). Item 0013: Protec Outer Booties, PVC Shoe and PVC Sole; Size XL Quantity of 6 Cases (60 Pairs per Case). Item 0014: Acetic Acid 5A Drager Tubes Quantity of 100 Boxes. Item 0015: Hydrochloric Acid Drager Tubes, 1A Quantity of 100 Boxes. Item 0016: Amonia 5B Drager Tubes Quantity of 100 Boxes. Item 0017: Hazmat Boot; Size 13 Quantity of 1 Pair. Item 0018: Hazmat Boot; Size 14 Quantity of 1 Pair. Items shall be quoted on an all or none basis. Partial quotes will not be accepted. All shipping costs shall be included with the quote. Offer shall provide complete shipments only; however, partial shipments may be accepted if it is advantageous to the Government. FOB Destination. The attached Provisions and Clauses are applicable to this requirement. The Government anticipates award of a single, firm-fixed price Purchase Order, based on the Lowest Price. All quotes will be evaluated. Award will be made based on the best overall value to the Government. All questions shall be submitted electronically to the Contract Support Specialist, Ebony Jones at Ebony.N.Jones@usdoj.gov. The deadline for questions is Monday, February 1, 2016 at 5:00p.m. EST. The deadline for quotes is Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 5:00p.m. EST. All quotes shall be emailed to the Contract Support Specialist, Ebony Jones at Ebony.N.Jones@usdoj.gov. The proposal must be signed by an official authorized to bind the Offeror, and it shall contain a statement to the effect that the proposal is firm for a period of 90 days from the established due date. This solicitation does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of proposals or to contract for the supplies/services. Please note: the Contracting Officer is the only individual who can legally commit the Government to the expenditure of public funds in connection with this procurement.
