- The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, documentation, and experience required to meet qualification requirements to redesign, manufacture, test, and verify the JHMCS Electronic Unit (EU) - 3. IAW FAR 52.215-3, The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Request for Information or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, Bid and proposal costs, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Information received will be used and treated as 'information' only. It shall NOT be used as a proposal. This solicitation is issued for the purpose of: conduct market research and obtain information as outlined in this RFI Please see attached EU Redesign RFI. There are no substantive changes to this RFI; however, the Response date has been updated to match the Response Date of the FBO Posting, which is 4 Mar 2016, 4:30 PM EST. Also, please note that the Point of Contacts have changed. Because no substantive information was added to or deleted from this RFI, the response date of 4 Mar 2016 will remain.
