Quotes may be faxed or e-mailed to the below listed address by Tuesday, February 16, 2016, 4:00pm local time. Hand-carried quotes may be delivered by the same time at 312 N. Spring St., Suite 600, Los Angeles, CA 90012 to Helen Cheung, Property and Procurement Manager. Please complete the attached quote sheet to submit your price quote based on the listed requirements and attach any supporting documentaton regarding product information. A fixed price award from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
