- Reference # N66001-16-T-0085 Only Small Business with less than 1,000 employees need to reply. The applicable NAICS code for this planned procurement is 334118 with a Small Business size standard of 1,000 employees. Responses from small businesses will be used to determine small business capabilities and the potential for a small business set-aside. Instructions and Format for Capability Statement Responses to this Market Survey: Please reply to the Government with the following information, totaling no more than 1 page: 1. Company name 2. Small Business Type (Ex. Woman Owned SB, or HUBZone SB, Service Disabled Veteran Owned SB..etc.) 3. Your ability to provide both monitors and printers that meet all requirements in the attached specifications. Any subsequent RFP or RFQ will be in all or none purchase. The Government is not interested in industry capability to provide only monitors or only printers. Anticipated quantities are 5 monitors and 2 printers for an initial base purchase, with an option for approximately 450 monitors and 100 printers. All quantities are estimates and may change. Responses are limited to 1 page in length. Additional pages will not be reviewed. The Government does not desire proprietary information. If any propriety information is provided, it shall be marked as such. Contractor support will not be utilized in support of review and evaluation of responses to this announcement. This notice is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is not a solicitation announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement, or any follow-up information requests. Responses to this market survey shall be submitted IN WRITING via e-mail to Megan Simmons-Herrling, megan.simmonsherrlin@navy.mil and Matt Schupbach, matthew.schupbach@navy.mil, no later than 10 February at 9am PST. Please use reference no. Mark all communications with Reference # N66001- 16-T-0085 when responding to this market survey.
