1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The reference/solicitation number is VA268-16-Q-0068 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The combined synopsis/solicitation will result in a contract to the successful Offeror. 3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-82. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR) Supplement can be accessed on the Internet at http://www.arnet.gov/far (FAR) and the (VAAR) (Federal Acquisition Circular) 4. This requirement is to establish a Requirements Contract for providing Brand Name or Equal Zeno Walkway Gait Measurement equipment for Department of Veterans Affairs, Houston TX Research Department, as described in attached. 5. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Applicable NAICS Code is 333=4510 Size Standard is 500 employees. 6. Period of Performance: This requirement shall be for an anticipated period of performance from date of award through 90 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). It is anticipated that delivery of products will occur within 90 days ARO. 7. Place of Performance: Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center 2002 Holcombe Blvd Houston TX 77030
