- Deutz Engine Spare Parts NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Program Executive Officer Land Systems (PEO LS), intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Central Diesel, Inc., 4600 Deepwater Terminal Road, Richmond, VA 23234-2211 using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.203-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capabilitiy to respond to this requirement to the identified point of contact by 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on February 17, 2016 to Donna Fudge via email at Donna.fudge@usmc.mil. Responses must demonstrate the interested party's capability to provide all of the products of this requirement. Information received from this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures will be used. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the government to pay preparation costs, submission costs, or any other costs incurred in response to this notice.
