- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to award this solicitation as a one year contract on a sole source basis with the Shawnee Township Fire Department (CAGE 1RNF4) for the Fire and Ambulance Services described herein. ACC-WRN plans to negotiate solely with the Shawnee Township Fire Department. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
