Description

Attachment 4 - Wage Determination Attachment 3 - Past Performance Form Attachment 2 - Appendices Attachment 1 - SOW for Initial Order LCLSC16R0015 The Collections, Access, Loan and Management (CALM) Division of The Library Of Congress (LOC) requires contractor services to assist with the inventory management project to review/update and process data contained within the Library of Congress Integrated Library System (LC ILS) or other databases. This includes assigning collections storage locations and ensuring basic data control of items selected for transfer to off-site storage, including but not limited to verifying the integrity of bibliographic, holdings, item and location data and to prepare items selected for transfer off-site. Depending on the nature of errors or discrepancies found, the Contractor will either correct these or, as appropriate, refer them to LC staff for resolution. Depending on the physical condition of the collection, rehousing or some form of preservation treatment including stabilizing materials through the use of cotton tying tape, acid free boards, envelopes, slings, etc., may be required. This requirement may require the contractor to be assigned in locations within the three Library buildings on Capitol Hill as well as the Library's off-site facilities located within the Washington metropolitan area.
