This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Albany, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about Feb, 5, 2016 for Air Monitoring Services for 4A, Project No. 528A8-12-801. The project includes the following scope items: asbestos abatement air monitoring services during renovation of 4A and the core. The Contractor shall perform any additional work as noted on the drawings and/or in the specifications. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 541380. The small business standard is $15 M. Information regarding the site visit will be stated in the Solicitation. This procurement will be completed under FAR 12 and 13.
