Description

Solicitation SPE4A6-16-X-0157. All items are Solicited Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The solicitation will result in a bilateral commercial Indefinite Purchase Order having a base term of three years and two option periods for total of five years. Each CLIN will be evaluated on a line by line basis, with no bundled requirements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
