Description

Draft Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Draft Statement of Work (SOW) The Naval Surface Warfare Center- Panama City Division is seeking information from potential vendors for supply of the following items: P/N 5749535-9 LCAC Aft Foundation Fittings and P/N 5749535-10 LCAC Aft Foundation Fitting Assemblies to be fabricated in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 182-5749535 Rev J and Solid Model CAD / CAM files to be provided with the solicitation. The requirement will include the fabrication and acceptance of a First Article of each type of LCAC aft foundation fittings on the first delivery order. The anticipated ordering quantities are as follows: FY 2016 up to fifteen of each part number (P/N) 5749535-9 and 5749535-10; FY 2017 up to eight of each P/N 5749535-9 and 5749535-10; FY 2018 up to eight of each P/N 5749535-9 and 5749535-10; FY 2019 up to eight of each P/N 5749535-9 and 5749535-10; FY 2020 up to eight of each P/N 5749535-9 and 5749535-10. LCAC drawings are distribution limited to Department of Defense U.S. Contractors only. Requests for the drawings must be submitted via e-mail to linda.hawthorne@navy.mil, Contract Specialist. Requests must contain the vendors Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code to be considered as potentially eligible to receive the controlled data. NAICS Code 332710 applies. Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. FSC 1560 applies. Responses must include the following: (1) Describe capability of performance; (2) Provide name and address of firm; (3) Indicate size of business including average annual revenue for past three years, number of employees, and status: Large, Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8 (a), Women-Owned, HUB-Zone, Veteran- Owned and/or Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned Business; (4) Represent ownership including Country of Ownership, System for Award Management (SAM) information, and DUNS Number if available; (5) Include number of years in business; and (6) Provide two points of contact including: name, title, phone, fax, and e-mail address. There is no specific format or outline submittals must follow. Summaries should be no longer than 15 pages in length. All summaries should be e-mailed to Linda Hawthorne at linda.hawthorne@navy.mil by 4:00 PM Central (Standard), 16 February 2016.
