- NSN 1680-99-246-1884, Solicitation SPE4A7-16-R-1494, PR 0058553392 and 0061330995. This proposed Definite Quantity Contract is for a Seat, Aircraft. Requested total quantity is 110 EA. The end item application is the CH-53 Helicopter. The procurement item description cites: SEAT,AIRCRAFT, P/N: MBCS 4100-1 MARTIN-BAKER ACFT CO LTD, CAGE: U1604 SOURCE: MARTIN-BAKER AMERICA (MBAI) CAGE: 1Q842 This procurement is Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition.
