Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS), Ann Arbor, Michigan is pursuing the implementation of a Healthcare Room Service program for patient meal service which includes the concept of bulk food preparation and service to a segment of the population served. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 541611. All potential bidders MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Potential bidders should register at https://www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. No fax or email bid packages shall be accepted. Bid packages will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about February 4, 2016. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice.
