Solicitation Number VA786-16-Q-0096 This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued for all Small Business Ventures to include Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, and Veteran Owned Small Business. The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is seeking qualified SDVOSB to provide all materials, equipment, labor and supervision for concrete markers at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, Phoenix, AZ 85024. Awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management website at http://www.sam.gov and registered in www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. All proposals must be submitted through the Department of Veteran Affairs vendor portal website in order to be considered for award. Please go to VA eCMS Vendor Portal to register, https://www.vendorportal.ecms.va.gov. For assistance contract the VAAS helpdesk at 1-877-634-3739, or via email at VA.Acquisition.System@va.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email to Joselito Roman, Contracting Officer, at Joselito.Roman@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download form http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about February 4, 2016. Responses to the solicitation are due by February 18, 2016, 2:30 P.M. EST.
