- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to renew contract for an on-line subscription to Thomson Reuters (Tax & Accounting) Inc., 195 Broadway, New York, New York, 10007. The online service must include up-to-the-minute coverage of key developments in federal, state, and international tax. The on-line service must include coverage back to 1990, or earlier for the majority of content provided. On-line service must be full-text searchable. The on-line service must accurately reproduce charts, graphical features, figures/exhibits, and mathematical equations which aide the user in understanding the content. Users must have access to alerting services, including pre-packaged and customize Purchase of copyright supplements updates for legal treaties previously subscribed services for the field library core collections throughout the IRS offices in the CONUS and Hawaii. These materials will be used for the 2016 renewal and updates of print subscription for in-depth tax related research resources. The publisher provides copyrighted subscription services of legal research resources written by noted scholars, practitioners in the field of taxation, bankruptcy, international, and general legal research. The delivery order period of performance shall be for 12 months in length. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. NAICS: 519130 Internet Publishering; However, all interested parties who identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, will be considered. No solicitation shall be issued, therefore, all requests for the solicitation will be considered non-responsive. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is in sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via facsimile or e-mail within ten calendar days of the published date of this notice. Documents over ten (10) pages in total shall not be accepted via facsimile. Verification of receipt of fax and e-mail transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor. All Treasury contractors are required to register in System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to receipt of award. If no responses are received, an award shall be made to Thomson Reuters (Tax & Accounting) Inc.
