Description

Sole Source Justification Requirements Memo The Government intends to award a sole source contract for RTI Data Distribution Service. The software is needed to support Integrated Air Missile Defense simulation and Real-time Digital Radar Interface Unit. The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) under the authority cited - The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Government's intent to award a sole-source purchase to Real Time Innovations. Any parties that feel they can meet this requirement should contact Cassandra Patton via email at cassandra.d.patton2.civ@mail.mil No later than February 9, 2016 at 8:30 AM (CST).
