Description

The U S Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tenant Division, 6001 Combat Drive, APG, MD 21005 intends to award a sole source contract to NCS Corporation, 1385 W. Goodale Blvd, Columbus, OH 43212-3737. The contract will be for the purchase of a Lagus Applied Technology manufactured, LMP3000 Halocarbon monitor. The contract will be firm fixed price. Interested parties may identify their interest in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 12:00 PM, Eastern Time, February 12, 2016. Telephone responses will not be accepted. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
